mood: contemplative contemplative

Just a thought I'd like answered, is it... wise to discuss personal spitirual issues and revelations in a blog? Would i be asking for trouble if I did that, or what? Normally I wouldn't touch it, but what I'm thinking about isn't a call for debate, but rather just some personal thoughts and feelings I've had over the last while. You know, things you're generally *supposed* to put in a journal, but I'm still not sure about here. Thoughts, please...

If you're really comfortable talking about it, which seems not to be the case, then post publicly.

But chances are you might feel better with some restrictions on who can read things. If you really only want to keep a record but not have others read it, mark the entries as private. If you don't mind friends-list seeing it, mark it friends-only. Or if you only want some people to see it, you could set up a filter for spirituality posts. As timmowarner suggested, you could set comments to be screened (in addition to whatever other measures you might take) to avoid potential problems.

Since you mentioned it, it seems that you do want to talk about things at least a little bit, though the ultimate security is of course not to post something at all.
